These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ZeVo Metals website and the basis on which we quote for and supply copper and aluminium products. By using this website or requesting a quotation, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
ZeVo Metals (Private) Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017, registered with the SECP under CUIN 0316807, with its office at Plot No. 3, Khalifa Aslam Park, Nosehra Sansi Road, Rehman Wala, Gujranwala, Pakistan.
The content on this website is provided for general information about our company and products. While we take care to keep it accurate, product descriptions, specifications and images are indicative only. Final specifications for any order are those confirmed in a written quotation or proforma invoice. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
As a direct manufacturer, our products are made to order. Grade, purity, chemistry, dimensions, packing and marking are produced to the specification agreed for each order. Any grades or standards referenced on this website (for example Cu-ETP, ADC12, LM6, 6063) are examples; the binding specification is the one stated in the quotation or proforma invoice for your order.
Quotations are invitations to proceed and are not binding until an order is confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices, availability and lead times are valid only for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to confirmation. An order is treated as confirmed once we issue a proforma invoice and receive the agreed advance payment.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our standard commercial terms are:
Bank charges, where applicable, are borne by the paying party in line with the agreed terms.
Orders are made ready for dispatch within approximately 7 days of confirmation of the advance payment, subject to specification and packing requirements. Delivery timelines quoted are estimates made in good faith and may be affected by shipping schedules, port operations or circumstances beyond our control. Risk and title pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterm for the order.
Each consignment is supplied with the agreed export documentation, which typically includes a Mill Test Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading. Where third-party inspection is required, it can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost and should be agreed before dispatch.
All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics, logos and images — is the property of ZeVo Metals (Private) Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeVo Metals shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the terms agreed for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, port or transport disruption, changes in law or export controls, or other circumstances of force majeure.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the law of your own country. Individual export contracts may specify an alternative dispute-resolution mechanism where agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your enquiry or order applies to that enquiry or order.
